Yes, with some configurations, especially with the mobile app (upcoming), it works offline and can sync upon connecting online. - What hardware does it support?

You can always use your in-browser printer settings to print out all invoices, reports, and receipts over POS if you don't want to trouble yourself with buying or connecting special printers.
- Does it support our currency?
